  • When can I expect my Hydro Buddy to arrive? After a brief processing time of 1-3 business days, your package will be on its way. Standard global delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days. We will send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Product & Care

  • How does the insulation perform? Beautifully. Behind our minimalist exterior is premium, heavy-duty thermal technology. Your iced lattes will stay chilled for up to 24 hours, and your hot teas or coffees will remain comfortably warm for up to 12 hours.

  • Will the exterior sweat or ruin my wooden desk? Not at all. Our double-wall vacuum insulation means the exterior remains completely sweat-free, protecting your hands, your bag, and your furniture.

  • How should I care for my drinkware to maintain its finish? To preserve the elegant, modern vintage finish of your Hydro Buddy, we highly recommend gentle hand-washing with warm, soapy water. Please avoid harsh abrasives. The lids and reusable straws, however, can safely go in the top rack of your dishwasher.
